Approach:

This work, integrated as part of the multi-confessional Father Dowd Chapel, draws its inspiration from the canopy, a universal symbol of spirituality. 

On the upper walls around the chapel we see 3 glass bands in superimposed layers, decorated with a pierced leaf design in sanded glass. A bronze decorated with a leaf design is suspended from a window in the front center of the chapel.  On the ceiling is a structure of forged iron that repeats the leaf design.
